Anyone can get an account through The University of Michigan and if you attended one of the institutions they list, you can even download the books.
The list of titles includes "The Human Figure" by John Vanderpoel (one of the best books on drawing, according to several of my teachers, including master painters Cedric Egeli and Dan Thompson) and many Loomis drawing books.

Wow, this is really very beautiful. Creating portraits from photos is an excellent art form.
